6502 Emulation

In 2013 I took part in the Shift-Restore-Escape lecture series at the Humboldt University in Berlin and gave a lecture on the emulation of computers in general and VICE specifically. You can now find the lectures on the web see the links below. I have also re-done the lecture in English for the international audience :-)
During my time at university I was part of the VICE emulator team. I have now retired, but I am still proud that I started the PET and CBM-II emulators and added valuable other code - like the CIA timer emulation.
Before I started the VICE team, I actually started my own emulator. It is still there, only running in a Linux terminal windows.
